Our Sr. High School serves approximately 360 students in grades 9-12 and the Principal directly supervises 40 teachers and 6 support staff members. Le Roy Central School is seeking a highly qualified instructional leader with high school level leadership experience. New York State certification as School Building Leader (SBL), School District Administrator (SDA), or Permanent School Administrator/Supervisor (SAS) is required. We seek a leader who will continue to build upon the tradition of academic excellence, student engagement, and community pride. Salary will be commensurate with experience, ranging from $100,000 to $117,000.
The Principal serves as the instructional and strategic leader of the school, providing professional leadership to faculty and staff. The Principal will:
- Foster a safe and engaging learning environment for all students
- Provide strong instructional leadership and oversee curriculum implementation
- Monitor instruction and promote continuous improvement
- Manage the building budget effectively
- Lead data-driven decision-making
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws
