Job Description

Le Roy Central School District has openings for teaching assistants at both our Wolcott Street Elementary School and Le Roy Jr/Sr. High School. Candidates must have experience working with students with disabilities. Candidates will need to be a collaborative team member with an ability to be flexible.

Job Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• NYS Teacher Certification or NYS Teaching Assistant Certification is required (selected candidate may obtain w/in 1 year after hire)
• Experience working with students with various needs including students with disabilities is preferred
• Demonstrated capacity to work in a collaborative and flexible manner to support student success
